We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
We will only offer a replacement or refund in the following limited cases:
- The item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@materialdepo.com, including:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, we are unable to make changes.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are not able to accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer (unless otherwise stated in a sizing policy)
- Items that have been used, opened, or are no longer in original condition
